Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
I was left a cabin by my uncle Who lives in Michigan. My wife and I live in Indiana. I had the property put into both of our names.She had two children and togather We had 0ne.If My wife passes first can she leave half of the property to the kids.Or is the property mine if she passes first and hers if I pass first?.

You'd have to show a Michigan attorney the deed to answer this question, assuming the cabin is in Michigan where your uncle was.
