Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

I have legally filed 2 quit claim deeds and am wanting to purchase a home. I ran my credit report to see my standings so that I can take care of any issues that may hinder me from getting a home owners loan. Both properties are still showing on my credit report as though I pay on 2 properties. First question, will I be responsible for the payment on these mortgages if the other party dies and or fails to pay and can I control removing them from my credit report? If so what do I need to do to rectify this problem so I don't have to pay for the current mortgages and I can gain ownership of a new residence?

You have a complicated situation. You need to retain the services of a real estate attorney to sort this out for you and get the proper documentation in order. This isn't a do-it-yourself project.
