Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

i live in elkhart indiana. my husband has no will and no benifficiaries on his account. his first wife is deceased. he has 5 living children. if he were to die,,,,who would get the money and paid off home???

If he owns the home alone, then it would be shared between you and his children. The same would go for a solely owned bank account(I assume that is what you mean), in a slightly different proportion than the value of the home.
