Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Hello, I live in Indiana and am a senior who is starting to think about end of life decisions and I have a question: If I or one of my loved ones decides to be cremated, do I have to spend money on an urn and accept the ashes or can I ask the crematorium to dispose of them? Thank you
