Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

If my live-in boyfriend passed away without a will but has three heirs to whom I'm giving his personal property to. Am I entitled to any compensation for keeping in storing his belongings for eight months?

If you sent them all a letter demanding they get the items out within a reasonable period of time or you would charge storage, you can possibly charge them a reasonable fee. Otherwise, no.
