Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

No medical insurance

My Dad has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been getting major treatments with an estimated medical charge of 300,000 plus. Hes medicare will start in a month but what can my parents do in the meantime so that they do not lose all of their life savings. please help us know what our options are.

There is no easy answer. You should consult with an Elder Attorney familiar with Asset protection and Medicaid planning.
