Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
my mom is 89 yo and owns a house, she is willing it to be sold and the money devided between us three brothers .. my question is my brothers and i dont get along so if we cant unanomously agree on which buyer ,or how much to sell the house for, is it legal for 2 to agree and decide if one dosnt?

No. A partition action would have to be filed if one of you disagrees, and that would force the sale at an auction by the sheriff, unless the property could be physically divided between the three of you.
