Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

a few months before my sister passed away she told me that she took care of everything. that her son would go to my other sister. but no one asked her what she did or where she went ect: that was in dec 2007. could someone please tell me what my sister couldve done or what she meant. we need help asap thanks
