What is my mother entitled to
My mom has been living with her boyfriend for 17 years and he recently passed away...he was never legally separated from his wife...his children have come onto the property which she lives at and basically told her she has 10 days to get out...they have taken everything except her pesonal belongings..i want to know if she has any legal right to the property and all assets on it...his wife is also receiving all of his death benefits and pension..i believe it should go to my mom..she took care of him all of those years including missing work to do so...any info. is greatly appreciated...
