Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
mother's estate
my mother recently died and the only thing she had was a car, her checking & savings accts. and insurance policies. My sister and I have filled out the necessary paperwork in Indiana and now we are told that we cannot sell the car to a family member and that the ''credit card'' companies will get the majority of any monies that will be available. I need to know my rights.

Re: mother's estate
It is really hard to know what papers you filled out and who told you that the credit card companies would get most of the money. I suggest that you contact a lawyer in the county where your mother died.
