Your will is still valid as long as it is valid under New York law. To discuss whether any changes should be made to reflect different state inheritance tax laws, you need to take the will to an attorney in you community who can advise you.

As stated by Attorney Rigdon. your will is valid here in Indiana, assuming it is valid in New York. If you wish to make changes, definitely discuss it with a lawyer near you in Indiana. There is simply no way a lawyer is going to be able to answer the question as to what is required, in this forum.
