Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

What if your parent who has already passed away but was just recently left money from another relative's will, and you were your parent's executor, but you want to have the money given to the relative's children. What needs to be done?

Both your deceased parent's will and the relative's will need to be taken to an attorney. Using that information, along with additional family information, the attorney could give you an answer. It can not be done without reading both wills.

You will need to seek an attorney since it is probable that an estate has to be opened, or reopened. It is not clear from your question as to whether an estate was already opened. Definitely see an attorney. If you had an attorney, use him or her, unless you have some reason not to, and if so, then find another attorney.
