parental debt
My parents are in there late 60's and have a mortgage on their home. When the pass, I have been named executor of their will. My question is am I responsible for this mortgage when they pass? They have very little equity in this home.

The estate may be liable but unless you co-signed on the mortgage you cannot be held personally liable.
