Power of Attorney
Can I have an alternate Power of Attorney?, I am Power of attorney for my aunt. Since I am 77, can I have another person ( with my aunt's consent) as Power of Attorney if I can not function.

As your aunt's attorney-in-fact you have the right to delegate your duties, assuming the power of attorney as written by your aunt does not prohibit that.
