Power of Attorney

Does the person having Power of Attorney and the Executor of the Will get paid for those jobs? If so, how much.

Yes, unless the governing document says otherwise, the fiduciary is entitled to "reasonable compensation". What is reasonable depends on the situtation and many factors -- time, complexity, value of estate, sophistication of fiduciary, etc. If fee might be disputed or contested, often it is best to agree on a rate early on in the process and keep time records of time spent.
