Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Principal's address - Power of Attorney

I am working on power of attorney papers for someone who is incarcerated for the next 4 months in Indiana. Should I list his home address or his address at the jail? I'm afraid if I list the jail's address, his address won't match what the bank and insurance company show and they may question the document.

Take a look at the statute: http://www.in.gov/legislative/ic/code/title30/ar5/ch4.html

The POA should state what county. Sounds like you downloaded a form - make sure that your form matches Indiana law.
