my name is on property deed but i signed as non-obligor on mortgage my parents just passed can i keep my home?
Also my name is on property deed for our family business but not on mortgage do i have rights to keep the business?

The mortgage still needs to be paid on your home and sounds like you can keep the business assuming that no one else is involved. Again, the mortgage will have to be paid.
