Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
I received a receipt of partial distribution but the lawyer said I had to sign it, send it back, then he'd send my check. The receipt says he enclosed the check and that I received it. Should I trust that he'll send it?

If you do not trust him, deliver the receipt and pick up your check at the same time.
