Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Can someone remove items willed to you from the state they were settled in. For example person died in Tennessee and items willed to one person were taken to Florida from Tennessee by a third party that the items were not willed to.

They should not have been removed.

The state has nothing to do with it. You are entitled to the items until a probate court says you aren't.
