Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Requesting copy of Will

Do We have a legal right in asking for a copy of our fathers will? After our Fathers passing, we requested a copy of his will,we knew what our father was giving us for the most part.(personal family belongings)Photos,Grandads guns, some old furniture(nothing of any$ value to his wife or us, just our memories. It has now been a year & I have requested a copy 2 imes with the latest on being sent certified alog with a self addressed stamped envelope. This women wrote me back with no mention of the will. She simply stated the few items I had mentioned . well our brother was only allowed to come over he was given2 items plus some old flea market bags of god knows what. nothing that ever belonged to us. she also omitted even the items she wrote down.with the fact of request by dad she was present when our father stated what he wanted us children to have. She demanded her son be sole executor. I will mention that all her children as well as us 3 Kids were grown adults when my dad lost his senses & wed her. . Let me also state, Our Father was a Veteren of korea & after the funeral That lady gave that flag to her youngest son & my 51 yr. old brother (dads only son)stood in shock.Plus she refused to have memorium cards-Just a tasteofher
