Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

I've been a resident in a home with my mom for14years.she past away.she wanted me to stay in the home.but no will.my siblings don't want the property in their names and the utilitys are in mom name.the utilities will not let me put them in my name untill I show owner ship.but I make all the payments

You need an attorney to sit down with you and handle this. Assuming all your siblings are the only heirs at law, and all are willing for you to have their share of the property, this should not be a problem to get sole ownership of the house.
