Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
My sister in law who is not a trustee interfered with my Mother's trust which cost me over $10,000 litigating it. Is there a law protecting me with a civil case?

ditto; there just is not enough info here to even guess at how to answer; besides, as already suggested, sit down with an attorney in your area - or better yet, how about the attorney with whom you spent the money?
