Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

If a son kills shoots his dad and says he assisted his mom in suicide but had her cremated without an autopsy and he is the beneficiary in the will, can he still inherit the estate? If not, who would? The son has two small children, would the inheritance go to them or be split between the parent's families?

If this is an actual case, you ned to go sit down with an attorney as soon as possible. The ramifications of this are too much to cover in this forum.
