state uses temp right of way in eminent domain stayes on it for over 6 years should you not get payed ,and not just get stuck with 6 years of back taxes on land state used ?????

Taxes on land owneed by you are yours. If the state rented the land temporarily, then in theory your compensation, the rent they paid, would have helped pay for those taxes. Just as if you rent a house owned by you to someone else; the taxes are stll yours, unless a written agreement says the tenent will pay the taxes instead.
