Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
My step mother and I are trustees. She will not let me have pictures of my father, but wants me to agree to sale of a property. I will agree, when I recieve pictures. Now she wants to sue me, do to this. Can she? And does she have to let me have the pictures.

Who owns the pictures? If they are owned by you, you can get possession of them. If not, you cannot refuse to act as a trustee because of that.
