Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

stepchildren vs. natural children

My Dad willed my stepmother as personal representative and left his estate to her.

They were married about thirty years, he worked, she stayed home. It looks as though his six children are just out of luck, with the way he left it. Can my stepmother will everything my Dad worked for to her five children, that my Dad didn't even raise, and leave out his natural children? Do we have a leg to stand on now, or will we have one if she dies and leaves us out, or divides it eleven ways? We, of course, don't believe the stepchildren should be entitled to any. What can we do?

Re: stepchildren vs. natural children

Sorry, but there is noting you can do. Your dad had the legal right to leave his money to her and it is now 100% hers.
