transfer on death deed

Does the state of Indiana recognize Transfer on Death Deeds//or Survivorship Deeds. If they do not, what is the correct way to ensure that my new husband will receive my rental home property, in Indiana ,in case of my death? It is currently in my name only.

Yes, we have that concept. However, if the deed is not recorded in time then the real estate would pass in accordance with your Will.
