Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

trust distribution

My great aunt died 4 yrs. ago, left me $100000 disbursed over 10 yrs. I have not received any interest payments in 4 yrs. and am not sure exactly what was stated in the will. Is there any way to find out what the will stated as no one in the family has a copy, only the lawyer which will not allow any family member to see.

If the Will was probated, there will be a copy at the Marion County Probate Court. If the Will was not probated, it does not matter. It is rather odd that the attorney will not let you look at the Will.
