Trust and Will

My half brother will inherit a trust at the age of 25, 12 months from now when he turns 30. This is in his fathers will. Can he (my brother) write up a will of his own putting me as the benificiary in case God forbid something happens to him, then I receive the trust??? His father had no other children, and my brother is the sole beneficiary.

Depending on how the Trust is written he should have that ability. He should also have the ability to develope a Will for non-Trust assets. He needs to consult with an attorney to assist in this.
