My husband 's estate is in a trust that was initiated by my in-laws. I will be filing for divorce in the near future ( a couple of months). Is there any possibilityof obtaining a settlement in the state of Indiana after 10 years of marriage?

If you mean a settlement out of the trust, that cannot be known without looking at the trust document.
