Wife may have changed car titles (4) ownership, after death of spouse.
Can wife change car title (4) from our deceased fathers name, to her name, without informing the personal representative (executrix) my sister ? The wife is an work-experience former auto dealership title clerk

If the title to the car was in both names (John Doe or Jane Doe) then she would have had the right and power to change title to her name alone. With no "or" I do not think she would have authority to change title.

Legally, she should not have been able to change the titles to the cars without informing the court and the personal representative. The personal representative can maintain an action for damages or to get the vehicles back unless they were awarded to the wife in the deceased's will.
