will
there are three of us children. two are executors and all of are heirs what are my rights as an heir? can they disperse property without my okay/knowledge

They have to do what the Will tells them to do - if they open an estate. Your rights are set out in the Will. No, there is no reading of the Will but if an estate is opened then the Will is filed with the court and open to the public.
