Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Will Closure:

We had a family member die approx. 4 years ago. The person who is the executor of state of this man's will refuses to have the will closed. This said executor has taken the money that was supposed to be divided among the rest of us who are the remaining devisees and spent the money on several trips to Hawaii, among other things. My question is, what can the rest of us (who are the devisees) do to recieve the funds that was said promised to us in the will, and also what can we do to get this will closed after all this time?

Re: Will Closure:

You can get an accounting and maybe removal of the personal administrator by going to the court. You will need a lawyer for this.
