Not having the Will in fornt of me and not having any idea what specific benefits you are referring to, it is difficult to answer your answer your question. The Will - generally - only gives the things mentioned in the Will. If the benefit you are writing about are not mentioned in the Will and are akin to an insurance policy, then wife takes them if she named the beneficiary.
