Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

wills

my husband and I are in the process of drawing up a will . We have one sibling that has informed us she will try to get as mucha as she can from me should my husband die first. We want to be sure that we can stop her in her tracks. One because their just isn't that much to be fighting over. We want to leave the girlseverything we have equally once we have both passed away. To avoid a legal battle should my husband go first, should we leave the girls an equal dollar amount to be sure she cannot cause any problems?

I suggest that you get yourselves to a lawyer. You are trending towards the deep water and even if I think sibling may be just trying to cause havoc, this sort of drafting is not something to do yourselves.
