Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Wills
I will be getting married soon and my new husband told me that he is leaving his assets, that will be in ''trust'', to several people. If he dies after we are married (we are both in our 60's) and has not changed his will, if I am not ''named'' will I be able to make a claim because I am his wife? I know this sounds ''cold'' but we are getting older and I want to be sure, just in case.

You should consult with an attorney because the statutes are rather specific about your rights. Mary

Generally speaking, a trust would take the property out of the marital pot.
