Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
I am working on publishing my deceased mother's poetry. Am I legally allowed to include her signature if I can scan it into the book, with her being deceased and not actually signing the books herself, to make it an "autographed copy"?

In the book world, "autographed copy" implies that the author actually put pen to paper. You can put her signature electronically in the book, but should not advertise it as autographed, as it was not.
