In Indiana, you have almost no control over your medical care or return to work and it is probably not worth litigating if the claim is accepted. If Indiana Workers' Compensation is your exclusive remedy, it is VERY unlikely that you will be compensated, at all, for electrocution unless you sustain obvious permanent deficits. The value of your injuries is decided by the treating doctor.
If you have health insurance, you can use it to get a second opinion.
