Can this stop you from getting employment

I have been applying for jobs in my profession I have a worker's comp. case pending can this stop me from getting employment and if so what can I do about this matter

No, the fact that you have a workers' compensation

claim pending from a prior job should in no way affect your ability to secure future employment.
