Legal Question in Workers Comp in Indiana

Work Comp.

i got hurt at work and at first all doctor app. were getting approved then it took six months to approve an MRI and quit the job 5 months prior. I had pain all the time is there anything i can do?

If you are an employee that was injured at work, then the insurance company (or employer) must authorize any medical treatment needed to remedy your illness - without regard to you quitting your job.

I think you need to speak with an attorney who handles workers compensation claims, there is no real "downside" to doing so because without an attorney I think that you are not going to get the medical treatment you need.
