Counter case for office colleuge who provoke 498a against me

I got married 17/05/2005 .I live separaelty in kolkata where my parents used to stay in north bengal.On 29.04.2006 we got registered our marriage and she left my place on 04/05/2006. On 15/5/2008 she called in a resturant along with her three male colluge and asked for a divorce , I am really shocked .After some days I called her for lunch , she told she is busy cant go out . I then go to the lunch with my cousin and collegue

I found her in same resturant with the same guys who acommpanied her when she asking for a divorce , even one my friend who was working with her in same project told me that she is unwantedly very close to the one same guy , Even afetr that i got a news from verious sources that she is close with that guy . I asked her even i raise the concern with her parents .she flew US , that same gang of guys flewed US also just after a weeks . I got news her lady maneger who is also divorced make consipency to separate us and send my wife along with that guys in uS . My friend have forced to leave the company . Ater I know that guy along with lady mgr and my wife register compalin to their HR department and then planfully lodged a FIR against US . Can Register any case againsts those guy and lady Mgr ?

If you have proof you can file case agsinst that person for adultery and against wife for divorce.

Facts are plenty and you have not stated about available proof for the facts.

If you have proofs of illicit relations of your wife with other man without your consent, then you can prosecute that man. As also you can get divorce from your wife.
