Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

A car was bought with trust money about 2 years ago. It was put in the girls name and she sold the car. Does she have to return this money to the trust. She is 19 and this is a trust that is set up for her, she gets half of at 28 and the other half at 30 this is in iowa

If you wanted the trust to own the car the title should have been placed in the name of the trust, the trustee or a lien secured on the title in favor of the trust. The horse is now out of the barn and you want to close the door. Too late. Maybe you should talk with the trust's lawyer before spending any more of the trust's money.
