Legal Question in Administrative Law in Iowa
I was a student at Kaplan University. A employee there that I told not to touch my account several times still disabled my account and was not suppose to . I couldn't get the information I need. Now they say I owe them money. Can I sue that compnay and the person for disabling my account when it was in good standing with out my permission.

Unfortunately I cannot comment specifically because it would be something of a conflict of interest as I used to teach for KU. You can sue them but the matter would be one of proof.
