Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Iowa
I took a deal on a case because my lawer said i will go to jail because of the town that i,m in and that i,m black can i go back and do something about this

When did it happen? You've only got seven days or so to change your mind and rescind a guilty plea. Don't forget, your lawyer might know more about it than you do.
