Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Iowa
I have a small claims case that was dismissed for jurisdiction. I appealed this case and got it reversed and remanded by the court of appeals. The magistrate was ordered to analyse the commercial nature of the business using the calder effect and zippo test. The court of appeals called in procedendo. She dismissed again for jurisdiction.
My question is if I have to re appeal this case again, or is there some motion I can use to get the court of appeals to look at the case again. I have read about a mandamus action but don't think it applies or know how to do it. I live in iowa and the company I sued is in California.

You can file a motion for further review but if that doesn't fly you're pretty much done.
