Legal Question in Banking Law in Iowa
If I ask my auto loan company to stop calling me at work and to remove the number and only call my cell phone for fear of losing my job when my car payment is only 2 weeks late and yet they continue to call, do I have any legal avenues that I can persue

Yes. They may be in violation of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). There are numerous online resources that will be of benefit to your situation. You should serve them with a cease and desist letter.
