Legal Question in Banking Law in Iowa
My daughter got her car repossessed, So if I her Dad would buy her another one and pay for it completely ,and put it in her name, could the bank that repossessed her car come after the one that I bought her?

Depending on how much she owes the bank there is the potential of the bank going after any asset she might acquire.
