Legal Question in Banking Law in Iowa
My graduation money/savings are in my grandmothers name because I was under 18 so I couldn't have my own. I am now 18 and I would like to transfer the money to my own account but she won't let me. It's my money, and I should have rights to it, but the bank won't transfer it out with out her permission. What can I do legally to get my money?
