Legal Question in Banking Law in Iowa
Is it illegal for a bank to allow me to get direct deposit cash advances and also charge me finances charges on them if I am currently under Chapter 13 bankruptcy?

It's not illegal but if you're evading the reach of the bankruptcy trustee by hiding money both you and the bank can be in a world of hurt. Have you informed them of your status?
