Legal Question in Banking Law in Iowa
I am lending money to an acquaintance and was wondering if I could insert a clause that states the following: If the person ever declares bankruptcy in the life of our loan agreement, then he will not list me as a creditor and will continue to make payments as we had agreed upon?
